Fast Track Training Program

Western Extralite offers a training program called the "Fast Track" program, which includes pathways to inside sales, account management (outside sales), and management.

While one program couldn't teach you everything you need to know, the Fast Track program gives you the opportunity to work in a variety of departments and locations so you are exposed to operations, sales, products, inventory and much, much more. We want you to have a great career at Western Extralite and in the electrical and datacomm distribution industry.

In addition to our Fast Track program, regular online and classroom training on communication and business skills is available. We also provide the opportunity to travel to our manufacturer locations and attend schools. Plus, we offer a tuition reimbursement program for those who desire to further their education.

There are many opportunities available in all of our locations. When a new job is created or a position opens up, anyone in the company may apply. Western Extralite promotes from within whenever possible.
