Here are the guarantee programs we currently offer:

Order Accuracy Guarantee

If we do not provide you with the material shown on the packing list, you are eligible for a $20 credit.

5-Day Credit Guarantee

Credit for returned material will be posted on your account within 5 business days of when we receive the material at our warehouse. If it takes longer, you are eligible for a $20 credit. Job cleanup, nonstock material, and material sent back to the vendor for testing does not qualify.

20-Minute Quick Pick Guarantee

If we do not have a pickup or will call order available within 20 minutes, you are eligible for a $20 credit. Custom modified products and orders with wire cuts do not qualify.

Top 750 Item Guarantee

When you place an order for one of our top-selling items and we don’t have it in stock, you are eligible for a $20 credit.
