Western Extralite Joins Border States Electric and Becomes Western Extralite, a Division of Border States (9/8/2014)

Western Extralite sells to Border States Electric.  Border States Electric, based in Fargo, N.D., announced it reached agreement to buy Western Extralite. Terms of the deal, which closes Oct. 1, 2014, were not disclosed, but Western Extralite employees will become employee-owners of Border States Electric.
